It had to happen... American researchers have demonstrated that a reduction of 25% of daily consumption of calories for 6 consecutive months have haf positive results on several biochemical and cellular indicators of aging in human beings. In short, the less you eat the longer you live.
The irony is that this study is published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, in a country where the rates of obesity are so high that twists the whole planet. Yet it is also from the USA that comes another form of insidious globalisation: the stereotypes of beauty which enrich pastisticians surgeons all around the world.
I let you imagine the development of this story. Or better: I let you see a little aspect of the future, with the front page of a famous women''s magazine which will be published in a few years.
Bon appétit, and my best wishes for a long life!
